 (not including Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico)
Standard S&H Rate:  Orders are shipped via USPS standard.  Please provide a physical address.  UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.  (Route/Box addresses in rural areas are acceptable).

Expedited Shipping (Continental US):

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
Orders are shipped via UPS Air.

Canada:
Orders are shipped via UPS Air.
Call for shipping and expedited shipping costs.

International Orders:
Spy Pro Shop does not offer International orders at the time.

Products Restricted from Air Shipments:
Note that some items cannot be shipped by Air, such as pepper spray or products in an aerosol or pressurized container.

Return Policy:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.  Due to the unique nature of the industry and technologies of our product lines, orders may not be canceled or returned unless defective.
• If customer thinks item is defective, after contacting us they must have receipt from purchase and a tracking number of proof of return to Spy Pro Shop.   At that point if determined by our staff item is defective, we will repair or replace item for exact same item.   There are absolutely no monetary refunds under any circumstance.
• Defective product returns require prior authorization from Spy Pro Shop and must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt, no exceptions.  Contact us directly for authorization.
• Discontinued products will be handled at Spy Pro Shop’s discretion.
• Please understand, due to the nature of the specialty products we sell we have a strict return policy.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our policy prior to purchase.
